Puma Hunting Champion, Genuine Pumamaster, 6394 Handmade
I have had this knife for what seems like orever, I am thinking 30 - 40 years. I no longer have the sheath, however the knife is s fgood as the day I got it, except for the usual wear and tear. No idea what I paid new back then, hoever what ever it was, it was certainly worth it. Just thought I would share.

Elk Skinning is the Need
This Puma Skinner Does the deed. As I collect Puma Knives I do have a choice. Still when it comes to Elk hunting. This is the knife I grab for every time. Elk are such large animals. Almost every instance you will have a long walk back to camp. This is when the Skinner comes into it's own. Most areas I hunt the smallest Elk you can take is a 6 point. It would be terrible waste of horn and hide to not do this majestic animal justice. The Skinner I have has now has filled the bill many times now. Yet a few passes with a stone and it is ready to rock and roll. Such a sweet deal I would be lost with out it. thanks PUMA.

Best Knife I have ever used
I have used my Puma "Skinner" for over 30 years and it has been my go to knife every white tail season. Whwen we moved several years ago I thought I had lost it in the move, when deer season arrived it was no where to be found. So I had to use another lesser quality knife on the first deer. I continued to look for the skinner and found it in an old hunting jacket that had become to small to wear. Since then it is placed with my rifle when the day is done.

Mr.
I purchased this Knife,Serial No. 96744., In a sporting goods store in Sacramento, Ca in 1967,for a purchase price of $16.95, and thought what a huge price to pay for a hunting knife. Well, 43 years later and countless deer and other game skinned and dressed, it still holds an edge as well as it did when new. Unfortunatley, I had a minor mishap, and splitting a deer pelvis, I broke 1/8" off the point. afoolish move on my part, but I re-pointed the blade and went on as usual. That was approx 40 years ago, and I still couldn't be happier with a knife. Richard Morgan
